活塞男事件於2008年8月6日深夜發生，一名42歲男子在藍田碧雲道公園內的仰臥起坐鐵板做運 動時，懷疑利用鐵板自瀆，其陽具被緊卡在板上的圓孔內，不能自拔而報警求助。 由於事件極其可笑及on9，事主被一眾網民恥笑，網民更為他起了花名「板男根」、「活塞男」、「卡窿一索」及「吊板男」。有多間外國媒體更報導此事件，令 該男子「揚名」國際。

事件經過


一名42歲姓申的男子，在3號強風訊號下，冒雨到藍田碧雲道公園觀景台上做運動。當他俯伏在板伏地挺身（push up）板時，呈充血狀態的陽具，竟離奇困在1吋直徑(約2.5公分)的圓孔內，無法拔出，只好報警求助。救援人員趕至時，發現事主的短褲褪至大腿並痛苦呻 吟，醫護人員替其打鎮靜針，但弄至陽具流血仍無法脫困。在擾攘一小時後，男子連人帶板抬出送院搶救。其間該男子大聲疾呼記者，不要影到他的樣貌，深怕以後 無法見人。


事主被起底


該男子及後被《壹週刊》起底：他叫申X嘉，任職某物業管理公司的維修部門主管。他更被雜誌狗仔隊，偷拍到他在灣仔東方188商場，購買日本人妻綑綁及SM四級DVD。
事主對雜誌記者的回應：「唉！你咪以為我變態先得？其實呢，咳咳......，當晚我係俾三個貴利佬挾去公園，佢想逼我還債，仲餵我食幾粒春藥，卒之就搞成咁......」

事件發生後，在網上衍生出一些相關的惡搞和創作。有網民更為事件中的男子起了一些外號，更有網民把將「吊板」列為潮語。
